Ok, who said they were going to be sensible this Christmas, not over eat, keep up with fitness and watch the alcohol consumption…. I think we all did and for the most part it didn’t happen, but what’s done is done and now it’s time to turn it around, now its time to work off those Christmas calories, get fitter and feel better.
