Total Fitness is a Crossfit inspired circuit where you will be using Battle Ropes, Kettlebells, TRX’, Tyres, weights and much more. It is an all over body workout designed to work every muscle in your body as well as get your heart pumping. Total Fitness is not for the faint hearted your fitness levels will truly be put to the test.
