Group Classes are a great way to achieve your fitness goals, whether it be to lose weight, tone up or get fitter in a structured environment. No matter what level you are we pride ourselves on giving each one of you the attention you need, whether it be correcting technique, simplifying exercises or even making certain exercise tougher and more suited to your needs. We currently offer Legs, Bums and Tums, Boxercise, Buggy Fit, HIIT Yoga, and Total Fitness. The emphasis of our classes are on fun and enjoyment. You might even laugh at Phil’s jokes.
