With the Christmas festivities fast approaching its time to dust off your LBD! Take our 30 days LBD Challenge and feel great slipping into an outfit of YOUR choice and not just the one that fits! Exercise – Its time to get off the sofa and into your gym shoes. There are 24 hours in a day, all you need to set aside is 1 hour 3-4 times a week. Nutrition – It is not enough to just exercise and if you are looking at shedding weight you have to review your eating and drinking habits. Think about portion control, ensure you are eating regular nutritionally balanced meals, try not to eat too late at night. Look at food as energy you need it to fuel you through the day and less so in the evening before bed. Your plate should be as colourful as possible, typically BEIGE foods are not the best!
