Dads, running out of ideas of fun things to do with your kiddies?  Finding it hard to fit in those all important workouts?  Then why not try our simple daddy day care fitness programme.  Have your little one giggling and squealing for joy as you use them to squat, press up and work your abs.  With over 300 days of sun in the Algarve, get outside, grab some fresh air and take in some rays while you exercise your body.  Guaranteed to leave you both feeling alive!  

Squeeze in 10 minutes – 1 minute per exercise or if you are feeling energetic repeat 2-3 times. Are you ready….enjoy! (Remember to always warm up thoroughly before undertaking any physical activity and follow your workout with a cool down and stretch)
